Conn Chris. I like your idea of filling up the ranks with real life bottom rung fighters rather than fictional tomato cans. I will add some late 1940's and 50's Canadians over the next little while. To get started eere are a pair that may not be Canadian but did meet in Calgary in 1948.

Buddy Fisher (1-1-1) was 1-0-1 as a heavyweight with bouts against Buddy Madsen and New Jersey native Henry Harris in 1948. Fisher also had one fight 6 years earlier, losing to middleweight Eddie Finazzo by TKO. Nationality unknown. I set him as Canadian but since he fought twice on the US east coast I would guess he likely hails from that area.

Chip Madsen (0-0-1) Only career pro fight was a draw with Fisher.
