Homefield is Washington Park in Groton, where the UCONN: Avery Point baseball team plays. Its well known in the area because Yogi Berra played there while stationed in the navy, before joining the Yanks.

Named after the US Navy Submarines called the Seawolves which are made in Groton. I'll start a thread with the rest of the info ASAP.
