The installer has been updated, and I've also created an updater, which will just copy the necessary files into an existing install.
Rather than wait for them to become available on the
OOTP Download Center (although they will still be available there), I have put them up using my wife's host:

I'd highly recommend that you download (and try out) the updater, especially since it's 1/20 the size of the full install (although that's updated, as well).
I would've done this sooner, but I don't have broadband access on the weekends...
