But maybe some people don't. Mike isn't exactly an outgoing person (to the press, which is the only view I have of this guy as I have never met him). But he also was making an offhanded comment to a friend that was overheard by you.
Should he have said it? No.
But I don't think that sometimes people don't understand what these guys go through being "famous". Just as he doesn't really have a grasp on life without fame (as he's been very good for a number of years now). Not that it makes it right, just arguing for his side.
