I wanted to start with 12 teams; 2 leagues, 6 teams in each (one div per league of course).

4 positions per team, 12 teams, 4*12=48
If you add me and my "vice-commish" (don't know how to call him), that's 50 guys. If we merge two positions, we would need 38 guys. See my sig to see how many more people we need.
