Hmm, you are right. I can't do anything about it now though. The 1953 Dodgers are getting the shaft in this deal, but it will be impossible to alter the seeding.
I went to this
page on baseball reference and took the 1901 record and missed the spot at the top where it said they were the Brewers in 1901. It is a bit confusing because the 1901 Orioles were actually the current Yankees and the 1901 Brewers were actually the current Orioles. I apologize for this confusion, but it was bound to happen with 256 teams. Hopefully no one will be too upset
