Can you clarify this? I am a commish running 6.5a and I had an export fail saying it was not from 6.12 or 6.5. His exports had been working all season. Apparently he upgraded and now it doesn't work.

From what I gather, owners have to export using the old version if the commish hasn't upgraded.
