I tried looking to see if there was anything about this and failed to find it, if there is, forgive me...

I was hoping to see an improved arbitration system where you can offer your unrestricted free agents arbitration, where you can non-tender players without having to release them before the reason ends, where both sides (team and player) can offer arbitration figures like in real arbitration, rather than a randomly generated price. It would also be cool if, like in the real MLB, players who decline arbitration would be subject to compensation draft picks. I don't know how easy this would be to impliment, or if any of it is implimented, but it certainly would be great to see it.
