Here some info on the Dutch League:

League name: Hoofdklasse (Premier League)
Location: The Netherlands
Teams: 8
Structure: 1 division of 8 teams
Roster Restrictions: I could not find anything on restrictions at the official Royal Dutch Baseball and Softball Association.
Regular Season: Every team plays a 42 game schedule,and meets each other team 6 times. The regular season starts on Saturday 4/15/2006. Almost all games start at 14:00,other times are 19:30 and 19:45
Postseason: After the regular season,the number one team will play the number four team and the number three team will play the number two team,in a best of five series. The two winners will play in the Championship,(the Holland Series) in a best of five series.
Promotion/Relegation: The number 8 in the Hoofdklasse plays in a best of five series against the champions of the Eerste Klasse (2nd League) for a place in the Hoofdklasse.
All Star Game: None
Awards: Best Batter,Best Pitcher,Homerun King,Most Valuable Player,Guus van der Heijden Memorial Trophy (Best under 23 international),Roel de Mon Award(Best Rookie pitcher),Ron Fraser Award(Best rookie player),Coach of the Year.
Salaries: Unsure,but i cannot imagine them being very big.
