Inaugural OPBF Heavyweight Title

Frank Slavin (9-10) KO5 Billy 'Australian' Smith (11-5)

Frank Slavin became the inaugural OPBF Heavyweight Champion in dramatic circumstances, Slavin was down in the third and fourth stanza's before knocking out Smith with a big right cross.

Inaugural OPBF Middleweight Title

Jim Hall (4-6) KO5 Dan Creedon (11-1)

Dan Creedon's unbeaten record was smashed by Hall. The knockout came from nowhere, with Creedon dominating and coming close to stopping his opponent, hall landed a huge right cross as Creedon went in for the kill. The 'Golden Boy' of Australian boxing was unable to beat the count and the belt went to Hall.
