It was a miraculous finish...the Phils are still in the NL title hunt, thanks to Mike Schmidt's ninth inning 2-run walkoff clout...it turned a 3-2 loss into a 4-3 victory...Jim Maloney's victory hopes were shortcircuited by the last inning heroics...Jim Konstanty took the win with a scoreless eighth and ninth...dependable Robin Roberts went seven innings and kept the Phillies in the ball game and in the race by permitting only 2 earned runs.
