I spent the day researching the Japanese greats. I came up with arguably their 16 best players. I found some decent stats and evaluations of the players.

They will be available to be drafted along with about 16 Negro League stars.

Each of the 16 AAA teams will be allowed to pick 2 players in this special draft.
