Gibson strained his back in the fourth and had to be relieved...he will be out 1-2 weeks...lefty Harry Brecheen was called up to fill in for him...Dobie Moore (.214) hit a triple in the third and scored on Chick Hafey's (.220) base hit for the only run of the game...loser Sandy Koufax (0-3 5.23) went 7 innings, allowed 6 hits and struck out 5.
