nothing wrong with those settings a nice 45-95 range of fights.

Mine are at
5-8
15-22
20-35
5-25
5-25

which gives me a range of 50-115. Now with my post-primes and ends, if they get auto moved I check on them. If they have 6 wins in their last 10 fights I move them back to what they were, which gives them another 5-25 fights at that range.

At years end in my uni I have random retirements also so not everyone goes on and on. Everyone with over 40 fights has a 50% chance of rolling for retirement. If they have to roll for it then they have a 10 + 1 % for every fight they are over 40. So a guy who has 40 fights would have a 10% chance while a guy with 52 fights would have a 22% chance.

Anyone who has come out of retirement automatically rolls for it at the end of every year. So it will require some luck to get to 100 fights in my uni. Say a guy has 75 fights if he has to roll he'd have a 45% chance of retiring.
