Glad you figured it out.

My FWIW-the game is very customizable - my thoughts:

-You can make leagues with JUST ABOUT any options you want.

-You CAN'T customize every single option and expect it to ALWAYS work.

-Bottom line is that there is no way for a group of testers to try every possible option that can be tried.
