Yes, the link is the right place to get players who are not playing anymore.
Btw, the fielding stats are actually included in the pages you downloaded already.
Using the the player you picked as an example, his pitching stats is the 1st table, which span into 2 pages.
The 2nd table is his fielding stats and you might notice that they are exactly the same on both pages (probably because there aren't that many things to record for fielding).
The 3rd table is the highest single game record. I'm not sure whether all these numbers come from one single game or each column may come from different ones though. Of course, this table will look good for batters and horrible for pitchers...
The 4th table is the v.s. record (on team basis). It looks to me that it only holds the stats of the current season.
