Yeah, how winter leagues will be handled was a bit of a disappointment (the project was started before that information was revealed).
Looking over BP's rosters ( here under wbc~) only the leagues included seem to be the NPB, Mexican, Cuban, winter leagues (2003 only) and certain KBO players.

I see, I think that from the info that we have of those leagues and the MLBeq's that Davenport uploaded of some of the players we can kind of guess what are the MLBeq's of that league for BA, HR and that stuff...
