A quick note before I begin - the alternate universe in which this thread will reside is loosely based on the world of Phillip K. Dick's The Man in the High Castle - a book I highly recommend.

The actual baseball in this thread will be played in OOTP Baseball Manager 2006, so in the next week-plus until that sim is available, I will be providing some back story to set up the baseball.

One last thing - this isn't going to supplant "A House Divided" - I will be working on both dynasties simultaneously. Unlike AHD, this dynasty will not be written through news reports, diaries, etc, but rather as a straight narrative.
