If you purchase the files, you can listen to them at your leisure -- but they are licensed, so you'll need to sign in to the MLB site (free) in order to verify the license from your media player of choice.
You can also purchase a day/month/year pass for MLB's Best audio and listen/watch from the MLB website any games in their library.
