Update:

I signed 6 players seeking 12 million or more per season to minor league deals.

Takanibu Sato hit .340 with 31 home runs and 104 RBI's. Howard Johnson hit .298 with 25 home runs and 91 RBI's. Muneyaki Nakano hit .323 with 14 home runs and 60 RBI's. The other 3 were SP and all 3 won at least 18 games and one won the Cy Young award.

Has this bug been logged yet? I've noticed it on multiple universe settings at many different times of year.
