This is the U.S. breakdown I replaced the default setting with:

206,The United States,U.S.A.,USA,American,4,5,0,70,18,18,20,10,7, 2

Using this line in your nations file gives you

70 percent American Names
18 percent Irish First Names
10 percent English first names and finally
2 percent German names
