Well it's all in how you handle the modifiers for the league totals. After playing with the modifiers a bit I now have only minor issues. Overall I'd say the results in K's, BB's, 2B's, 3B's, HR's etc. are more realistic and easier to obtain with 2006. My results so far have been closer to historic ones than anything I got in 6.5. Here it's more about understanding the various modifiers and fine-tuning them. In 6.5 it was always a compromise...if you wanted some stats to work you had to sacrifice something else. I don't use the system's "automatic" historic modifiers. I turned those off and use my own.
