I'm a month or two into my first league. I have noticed I do not receive notifications of events I would expect to. I have my news filters set to All Messages, and my News Subscription set to News from My Entire Organization.

But I do not receive news or any notifications of the following:

-- Scouting reports when Scouts finish their assignments
-- Trade responses from other teams
-- Feedback from FA on contract offers

Am I missing something, or is this a bug of some sort?
