The second, third, and fourth lines are not from the XML file. I will report the "is is" problem.
In the debug output, a line is preceded by numbers only if it is the first line of an object from the XML file. Lines that are not preceded by numbers are either continuations of the current object, or text that is not pulled from the XML file. The only way to tell one from the other is to look up the object in the XML file and see exactly what it consists of.
