If some of these cities are Toronto suburbs, what do I do with the old Toronto population? Do I leave it the same or "shrink" it a bit. If I shrink it to what # do I shrink it to??
I am doing a Canadian-Alaska League and noticed a LOT of players from Toronto alone.
