Change them to a multiple like 400 to 700, experiment with fake seasons to get the right pct and you should be in business. Throwing error could be argued to be less than fielding in 1800's ball - I have them equal and the catcher seems to make a throwing error on every steal....I'll fix it for my next sim year...

That is totally awesome, I didn't know you could do that! Do you know if you can change these setings during the course of a game, or can you only do it before starting a league?
