1) I think this is the way it's supposed to work. When you Act As, the game doesn't see you as Human, it's just letting you play God. He's not human.
And the game retains its free will.
2) Don't think you're really missing anything either. Human organization is defined, IMO, as an organization GMd by a Human, so the game handled that correctly as well. Again, IMO.

The only real confusion I STILL have is what the differences are in that darn news configuration on the Manager's Home Page: what you want to subscribe to. Some options, I understand. Others? I'm still not getting it.
