To upload the file, click on "Upload Archive". It will go into the "Team exports directory" on the server.

WinZip does not recognize this file format and therefore won't unzip the league file.
Looks like commishes will have to zip this file up manually.
The league reports work fine as my server will explode the file in this format, but the league file needs to be tweaked in its format, IMO.
