3-Team Trade
Team A:
Gets Player 1 (From Team B)
Gets Player 2 (From Team B)
Gets Player 8 (From Team C)
Team B:
Gets Player 4 (From Team A)
Gets Player 6 (From Team C)
Gets Player 7 (From Team C)
Team C:
Gets Player 3 (From Team A)
Gets Player 5 (From Team B)
Anyway, guess it isn't possible. Thanks - hopefully they'll add this sometime in the future. For a game that is supposed to have "all the things a GM can do," I think this is a HUGE thing for them to miss, and something that is not that hard to incorporate.
Thanks again for your responses.

Don't give up. Let's look at your scenario:
Team A - Players 3, 4
Team B - Players 1, 2, 5
Team C - Players 6, 7, 8
You want the final result to be:
Team A - Players 1, 2, 8
Team B - Players 4, 6, 7
Team C - Players 3, 5
It takes 3 trades, but it can be done...
Trade #1
Team B gets players 6, 7 from Team C
Team C gets player 5 from Team B
Trade #2
Team A gets player 8 from Team C
Team C gets player 3 from Team A
Trade #3
Team A gets players 1, 2 from Team B
Team B gets player 4 from Team A
Final result:
Team A has players 1, 2, 8
Team B has players 4, 6, 7
Team C has players 3, 5
