I understand that it would be a lot of programing, however, I think it is do-able, and should be included. Seeing as how the CPU AI can offer and complete trades with one-another, I think they it should be capable of responding to a 3-team deal. I'm not saying that the CPU should propose them, nor that they should respond to one another in regards to the deal, but rather that the Human should propose the entire trade (including intra-AI ones) and BOTH teams should respond, saying whether the trade is acceptable.
It wouldn't be a frequently used feature, but it would allow for CPU AI feedback on the fairness of the trade before completion, which commish mode does not allow for. Personally, I think that a game as indepth as this one should include this feature. It's not a make-or-break feature, but it's a nice one to have.
