I hope the savings that you make in not having to produce and distribute discs on a grand scale are worth it. You are missing out not only on my business but much much more. What about impulse buying in shops when you are just having a look to see what's available. What about people who don't have the i/net at home. What about people who don't have a credit card. What about people who have a credit card but prefer not to use it on the web.
Just as importantly... why did you create this situation in the first place. Is it a cost saving exercise? Is it to defeat piracy issues? Is it something that I haven't considered?
