I was getting this exact error message from the in game Web cast.

Error: 0070: (terminal)

I was asked to send my game file in to be checked, but No-one responded to my questions as to where to send the file or how to send the file (or what files to send.)

I have been un-able to play much 2006 (if any after the new patch) so I have not been able to duplicate the error, though as I said before I got it many times in various leagues.
