Just a PbP error, or do you mean to imply it's more involved? As far as I can tell, the only "approved" ways to get an injury that is coded as "Other" are via collision at a base/home plate, on defensive plays, or being hit by a pitch. Unless the injury file is a non-standard one, it shouldn't be possible to get a fractured cheekbone while pitching...
Edit: Ohhh, I was wrong...it's actually in the default injuries.txt. I guess it's intentional then (or a typo in the file), but I agree it's pretty weird. FWIW, out of the 13 injuries coded as "Other", the following 3 are allowed to happen while pitching, for who knows what reason:
Fractured Cheekbone
Fractured Eye Socket
Bruised Jaw
