For all three leagues I've:

allowed for free agents to join leagues
but NOT allowed free agents to leave leagues

This way the MLB can sign Mexican League free agents to play in the minor leagues, since there is no draft.

I kind of like this happening, it adds a small wrinkle in my universe (MLB castoffs playing in the up-and-coming ABL), but to some it may be a problem, that's why I'm bringing it up. Basically:

Once a player joins a league other than his original league (via being released), the "free agents may leave this league" and "free agents from other leagues can be signed" options do not apply. This also goes for minor league free agents as well.
