I know there have already been posts about this, but a lot has changed since then, such as a new site and new forums. www.globalbaseballleague.com it's a great site that's made a lot of progress and is almost fully functional. The forums are linked on the site and we are looking for 18 more owners to join us so we can get year one started. The league structure and the promotion/reglation are outlined on the site also.
