You're right, I will qualify my statement by mentioning that I am purely a fictional leaguer. By historical simulations, I include the use of rosters of real players like Cubby and Arod23/Garlon. These may require tweaking of modifiers, perhaps substantially. Otherwise, people have stated elsewhere that they are satisfied with 1.000 modifiers.
