I'm running a fictional league as well, but always wanted to participate in a historical league.
I think if you do plan on simming 5 days a week, it would be unrealistic to expect owners to export more than 3, although I probably would. Another suggestion would be no minors since it seems to cause more trouble than its worth and would make management easier for owners.
