2 reasons:
1. on-line leagues that vote for their own awards and
2. god-mode owners that like to control everything including who win awards - I know it is no big deal, but for example when a mediocre SS wins the gold glove over Ozzie Smith for no good reason, it bugs me.
in previous 6x I was able to make these changes by doing the following:
for awards:
edit the individual player pages simply by opening up the p#.txt file and adding in what you want, just make sure you put 3 periods at the end of the sentence.
ie
won AOBL owners award 2003...
The txt files can be found in the players subfolder which is inside the league_News_Box folder within your league. You can also edit the leaguehistory from there as well.<o></o>
