One of my house rules is to focus heavily on developing my own talent and only resign them if they are legendary or they sign for an amount I deem reasonable, even though I have plenty of cash to sign them all to huge deals and still have some left over for champagne.
Maybe that curbs my success to a more satisfactory level.
