There's a preference file in the user/Library/Preferences folder called "com.sigames.ootpb.plist". magicotter, if you're still listening, make sure you've deleted that.

That's the only one I've been able to find. Of course, there might be something with a strange name that I haven't connected with OOTP, but *shrug*.
