Nope, that's not the issue. We've only used ~100Mb of space and I regularly delete old files. (At least that's what the stats on cPanel tell me) My co-commissioner handles most of the technical stuff, but I upload and unzip the zip files.

My league is PBRL at www.pbrl.leagueserver.net

This is what has happened twice so far......

Normally, I upload 2 zip files using SmartFTP: 1) The current sim's file for the league members to download, and 2) The zipped-up html files for the web report.

I then log on to cPanel and use the File manager to delete the old league folder and unzip the web reports , creating a new league folder.

The whole process including upload time takes about 10-15 minutes.

However, last Tuesday or Wednesday (and again yesterday), I uploaded my files via SmartFTP. I was able to verify that the files had been uploaded in SmartFTP, but when I accessed the website folders via cPanel, I only see the old files.

It's as if I'm accessing a mirrorsite that only holds an archive of the previous day's files, and nothing can be uploaded. The following day, I checked via cPanel again, and the files mysteriously appear.

I haven't been able to check if they have appeared yet since last night.

Obviously, though this causes major issues with scheduling sims. I can't be guaranteed that exports are getting to me, nor can I justify setting strict deadlines. For a league getting off the ground, this is not the most auspicious beginning.
