Present day. I don't have any detailed census data, other than a top 100 list. Someone from Ireland could probably tweak the weighting of the names to be a lot more accurate than I could. There's a few nicknames and silly names in there as well, so if you're trying to get the most realistic set, you might want to edit it a bit.
