I ran into a couple of problems in my Oriental universe tonight. I'll list them separately.

The first problem revealed itself when I turned off the scouting system. I discovered that some of the positional defense ratings weren't displaying.
M. Ohayashi was listed at left and right field, but not in Center. (His defense in center is a 9.)
I. Hamacho was listed at third base, but not at second or short (second base 53, short 38).
K. Kichida was listed at second base, but not at short or third (shortstop 38, third base 47).
T. Nakahata was also listed at second base, but not at short or third (shortstop 46, third base 56).

I had occassionally encountered this problem while scouting was turned on, but those times it was always when the fielding value at that position was under twenty, so I thought of it as a kind of rounding error. Obviously, that's no longer the case with scouting off.
