I will prepare my new universum (no finances, complete fictional) and have some questions about various things.

1. Are short season and rookie minor leagues work as they should (= like in RL) meaning as the first step for rookies or not so experienced players or has the AI a dissidenting opinion about it ?

2. Is there a easy way to edit players before the inaugural draft ?

3. What were your biggest problems creating a new universum ?
