keeping track of draft picks?

Is there a file or place in the game where you can see what draft picks you have in the next draft, or do you just have to keep track of them yourself? I know you can look in the transactions to see the whole deal(s), but I'm looking for a quicker look.

I find trading away veterans for draft picks is the best way to build for the future. Unless there is a young prospect you really like from a team, this is the way to go. Even if you do get a young prospect, it seems like you have to fork over more than if you were to get draft picks. I tend to use "heavily favor" or the highest, in the trading area because a lot of low budget teams sign (rent) and then trade their veterans, sometimes in the same year. Pittsburgh and Kansas City are good examples. Although you don't really hear about draft picks being involved, but you get the idea.

So back to my question, I'm asking because of my strategy. It seems like I'm getting the picks, but now I'm not so sure. I'm running the latest patch 1.0.3.
