I know that I want the movement to be high, but the game itself is actually creating virtually every pitcher with a 1 rating in movement, and none higher than 17 (Out of 100). I messed with the settings on the ballparks, and it did help, but I'd much rather solve this on the pitcher's end then having to change ballparks all the time.
