I was in a league like this...
and it rocked. Only difference is that it simmed daily during the regular baseball season and took the winter off. I think that's a good idea.
The good thing about day-at-a time leagues is that being a GM is more realistic. One can't dump all the veterans and rebuild with kids as readily as in other leagues. It can take literally years to become competitive. GM moves, therefore, aren't as drastic as in other leagues as an eye is always kept on being in contention every year.
