Since no-one seems to want to jump on this one I will but I don't have the game in front of me so I might be a litte off on the name of the buttons
You should be able to start the league like normal, put the Cubby's roster into the game and then I beleve it's on either the rules or option tab of the league, a relese all and have a fantasy draft.
