Would you say that this generally helped your players develop more realistically? Did you do any of this in reverse to prevent more Sam Horn's?
Nice work. Thanks in advance.

Every year, I would shortlist a few players. The longer the sim went, the more players I would shortlist that given year. When it got into the 80's and 90's I found myself tweaking a number of players simply because I remembered more of them. Overall, it helped the development of players a lot. I've done sims before and guys like Cobb went right down the drain. They'd be spectacular right off the bat, and then they'd just go down hill. Mostly, I shortlisted the bigger stars. It would have been too time consumin had I done everyone. As I said before, I stopped tweaking before they reached the age of 25. I would tweak if needed be at the age of 24, but I would unshortlist them after that particular tweak. If their talent levels continued to go down hill after that I wouldn't mess with it anymore. I did not do anything to reverse a players growth. Even in extreme cases such as Sam Horn.
