You can contact e-license at
http://www.elicense.com/. They will be able to give you the license after providing some information. Also, you can try going on your desktop to the OOTP 2006 directory and look for receipt.txt. If that is there, look for the Order-ID in that file. That is your license # that you can use on the other computer.
